Our organizers on campuses or in communities are the starting point for turning ideas into action. With 8 campus chapters, colleges across the state, and 3 community organizers, we are mobilizing the next generation of leaders to make impactful and lasting change in their communities. Through our training and day-to-day guidance, we provide our chapters with meaningful, hands-on advocacy experiences, using personal storytelling and other organizing tactics to effectively influence progressive change across Texas.

Each semester, we support our chapters in organizing Capstone Projects based on their own inherent passions. Through the course of these projects, our young advocates learn how to mobilize their peers into action, build relationships with other community leaders, and uplift issues like sexual violence, reproductive justice, menstrual equity, LGBTQIA equality, immigration reform, and more. Their ideas have ranged from stocking campus restrooms with menstrual products, to re-writing the laws that govern response to campus sexual assault, to building their own voter engagement and turn-out teams.
